Wil Cantrell: Planning Your Advent Sermons
The story of Christmas is so familiar that we can easily miss the power of the message. Join Wil Cantrell, co-author of Christmas for New Believers, Old Believers, and Nonbelievers, as he helps us rediscover the audacity of a God willing to become human as we prepare to preach the Advent and Christmas message.
Wil Cantrell, popular speaker, author, and United Methodist pastor, will join us on November 5 to discuss ideas to help you prepare to preach during Advent 2026.
Wil’s books include:
- From Heaven to Earth: Christmas for New Believers, Old Believers, and Nonbelievers
- ATONE: The Difference the Cross Makes
- Unafraid and Unashamed: The Future of The United Methodist Church
