
Patricia Sanders Hall: Love Thy Neighbor – Staying the Course Toward Racial Reconciliation, Part 1
This is the first of two webinars related to this topic by Patricia Sanders-Hall This session will present thoughts and a framework about how church leaders and all people of faith can use the tried and true platform of loving our neighbors in new ways.
Building the beloved community for all races of people is the work that helps us to walk in the footsteps of Jesus. There is still so much more for Christians to do to achieve a world where all people can feel the joy, peace and harmony that arises from true social justice.
The objective of Patricia’s sessions are:
- To explore the biblical imperative for people of faith to embrace authentic social justice work.
- To learn why it is important to be intentional in keeping the church open and engaged in ongoing programs promoting inter-racial equity and inclusion.
- To hear and embrace new ideas for stepping more boldly into the discipleship of knowing, understanding and loving our neighbors of all colors and races.
Patricia Sanders-Hall is a former senior hospital executive who left corporate life after a successful career spanning 36 years. She has been featured as a keynoter, a spoken word performer, a frequent podcast guest and a radio show co-host. Patricia has held several leadership roles at United Methodist Church of the Resurrection in Kansas City.
